Job summary

Tiffany & Co. at our Pitt Street store in Sydney is seeking a passionate and solutions-driven Operations Executive to oversee Back of House, coordinate merchandising, customer service and client services, and ensure smooth store operations.

You will report to the Store Manager and lead stock control, shipping, receiving, staff coaching, and vendor liaison, while delivering Tiffany's renowned service and elegance.

Qualifications

• Three years retail stock management/inventory control experience.
• Tertiary certificate or equivalent life/work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service ethics.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house stock management, cycle counts and stock levels.
• Coordinate customer repairs, servicing orders and post-sale offerings.
• Supervise client services including inquiries and stock availability.
• Oversee receiving and shipping with transport, freight forwarders, and customs.
• Partner with store management to support service standards.
• Coach, develop and train store staff.
