Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Pitt Street store is seeking a passionate Operations Executive to oversee Back of House, merchandising coordination, customer service and client services, while upholding Tiffany's standard of excellence.

You will manage stock control, supervise repairs and post-sale offerings, and coordinate receiving/shipping with transport and customs partners, ensuring compliance and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock management including cycle counts and shrinkage control.
• Strong customer service leadership and post-sale support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back of house operations including stock control, receiving and shipping coordination.
• Supervise customer service relating to repairs, servicing orders and post-sale offerings.
• Oversee client services including inquiries, stock availability and post-sale support.
• Coordinate with transportation, customs and clearance to ensure local compliance.
• Coach, develop and train store staff to meet service standards.
