Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Pitt Street store is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee Back of House, coordinating Merchandising, Customer Service and Client Services.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail stock management/inventory experience.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Back of House operations including Merchandising, Customer Service and Client Services.
• Ensure repair and service orders are managed and completed on time following Tiffany & Co. guidelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person with high-quality resolutions.
• Apply consultative selling and product knowledge to build client relationships.
• Provide high-quality customer follow-up to support client relationships.
