Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail stock management/inventory control experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house operations including coordination of Merchandising, Customer Service and Client Services.
• Ensure repair and service orders are managed promptly following Tiffany guidelines and procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email or in person with high standards of resolution.
• Apply consultative selling and product knowledge to build ongoing client relationships.
