InterContinental Sydney in Circular Quay seeks a Luxury Reservations Associate to be the first point of contact for guests, crafting personalised stays from the initial conversation and guiding their plans before arrival.

You will manage reservations across phone and email, recommend experiences, and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest journey, reflecting warmth, sophistication and service of InterContinental Sydney.

Formación

• Previous hotel reservations experience in luxury environment.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and personalised guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, diverse guests.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest reservations and enquiries, provide warm, personalised service.
• Create tailored stays by understanding guest preferences and expectations.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations across accommodation, dining and experiences.
• Handle reservations accurately across phone, email and other channels.
• Build strong relationships with guests and travel partners from the first contact.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for a seamless guest journey.
