Job summary

The William Inglis Hotel – MGallery South West Sydney, part of Accor, is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver warm, personalised service from first enquiry to confirmation. You will manage bookings, build guest profiles, and collaborate with Front Office and Sales to identify revenue opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality experience, strong communication, and a proactive attitude to learn and grow within a historic property that blends heritage with contemporary service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations or guest services, preferably luxury.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to upsell while maintaining guest experience.
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud or similar PMS.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation enquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism.
• Build connections with guests, upsell where appropriate to maximise revenue.
• Create and maintain reservations and guest profiles in Opera Cloud.
