Job summary

The William Inglis Hotel, part of Accor’s MGallery Collection, in Sydney, seeks a Reservations Agent to be the first contact for guests. You will handle enquiries and bookings with warmth, and identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and revenue.

You will manage reservations in Opera Cloud, collaborate with Front Office and Sales, and stay current with rates, packages, promotions and ALL loyalty. If you bring hospitality passion and strong communication, apply to join a premium luxury

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service, luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and guest-focused service.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud or a similar PMS.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries by phone and email with warm, personalised service.
• Build genuine connections with guests and identify upselling opportunities.
• Create and maintain reservations and guest profiles in Opera Cloud.
