The successful candidate will possess five-star experience, professional presentation, and superb communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and a solid knowledge of Sydney.

Qualifications

• Five-star concierge experience preferred.
• Professional presentation and polished appearance.
• Excellent guest services skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Extremely organized with well-developed computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests.
• Act as the reference point for guests needing assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and nearby venues to make suitable recommendations.
• Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions.
• Provide maps and directions.
• Assist in on-site events such as weddings or corporate meetings.
• Develop and expand a network of contacts within the community.
