Job summary

Swissôtel Sydney is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight Front Office operations on the 11pm–7am shift. This full-time role reports to the Front Office Manager and ensures efficient running, guest satisfaction and safety throughout the night.

The ideal candidate has experience in a 4-5 star hotel environment, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency with MS Office, MICROS and Opera Cloud is required; First Aid and RSA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar 4-5 star hotel role preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• First Aid Certification and RSA competency card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth overnight operation of the hotel, maintaining guest satisfaction and safety.
• Undertake daily reconciliation of trading and prepare reports and audits.
• Make decisions on operational or reporting issues during the night shift.
• Support Front Office team through effective communication.
