Job summary

PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to support overnight hotel operations on-site. You will supervise the night shift, manage front office and guest services, handle late check-ins and early departures, and ensure guest queries are resolved promptly.

You will monitor safety and security procedures, oversee cash handling and night audit processes, and coordinate with other departments to prepare rooms and facilities for the next day.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office or night operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
