Atura Oran Park is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight Front Office operations in Sydney’s southwest. You’ll manage guest queries, security, and the night audit process while ensuring service standards and smooth coordination with other departments.

Ideal candidates bring experience in night-time hotel leadership, strong guest service, and proficiency with front office systems and hotel PMS software, plus a solid grasp of WH&S guidelines and financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or overnight hotel operations as manager on duty.
• Strong guest service skills with tact and urgency.
• Proficiency in front office systems and night audit processes.
• Experience in financial reconciliation, posting revenue and balancing payments.
• Clear communication and leadership to supervise night staff.
• Knowledge of WH&S guidelines and hotel procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring security and service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, handling check-ins/outs and guest concerns.
• Complete night audit accurately with proper documentation and posting.
• Supervise night staff and maintain inter-department collaboration.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance for guest readiness.
• Perform opening/closing duties and protect equipment.
