The Fullerton Hotel Sydney in the heart of Sydney is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join the 24/7 Front Office. You will support the Night Manager, oversee overnight operations, and ensure seamless guest service while managing the front desk and lobby overnight.

The role requires at least 3 years in Night Audit in a luxury hotel, Opera PMS experience, and a professional presentation. RSA, First Aid, NSW driver’s license and hospitality degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Night Audit experience in a 5-Star luxury hotel.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• First Aid certification is a must.
• RSA certification and NSW driving licence required.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Responsibilities

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is an award-winning luxury five-star hotel set in the heart of Sydney's fashion and financial district. As the custodian of Sydney's 151 years former General Post Office, this luxurious hotel is surrounded by Sydney's premium shopping, renowned restaurants, theatres and bars. Combining Victorian Renaissance designed former General Post Office building with a modern 31-storey tower, the hotel has 416 rooms and suites.

The hotel offers impressive event and banquet facilities featuring a 15 different conference spaces, featuring two ballrooms including the only pillarless grand ballroom in the city, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a seated event, as well as the Heritage Ballroom: a true embodiment of Victorian style. Housed in the former Sydney Telegraphic Centre, our venue features an impressive 11-meter-high domed ceiling. About the role:

You will be a genuine night owl, reliable for ongoing overnight shifts!

Partnering working with the Night Manager and will play a key role to lead the evening front office team and manage day to day operations of our reception and lobby.

Our Front Office team is responsible for ensuring our guests receive efficient and superior service throughout their stay from our 24/7 Front Desk. You will be a genuine night owl, reliance for ongoing overnight shifts!

About your responsibilities:

Assist the Night Manager with the night audit process, and conduct Night Auditor duties while on shift.

Responsible for the overnight operation and acting as the senior point of contact when required.

Work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to ensure rooms and guest needs are prepared and delivered accurately.

Supervise night team members, maintaining communication, performance standards, and adherence to operational policies and procedures.

Report any suspicious activity and maintaining hotel security and safety standards throughout the night.

Handle late and night check-ins-outs, providing superior service using Opera PMS.

Resolve guest complain quickly and professionally.

Ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly in absence of Housekeeping, GSA, Room Service available.

About what we required from you:

Minimum of 3 years Night Audit experience in a 5-Star luxury hotel.

Experience in Opera PMS.

Familiar with hotel emergency procedures.

Current Full Drivers Licence (NSW), Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, First Aid certificate is a must.

A degree in Hospitality Management or other relevant field is required.

Professional verbal and written communication skills and personal presentation.

Thorough follow‑up, strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to delight guests and provide superior levels of service.

Available to work overnight shifts on rotated roster.
