Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney in the heart of Sydney is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join the 24/7 Front Office. You will support the Night Manager, oversee overnight operations, and ensure seamless guest service while managing the front desk and lobby overnight.

The role requires at least 3 years in Night Audit in a luxury hotel, Opera PMS experience, and a professional presentation. RSA, First Aid, NSW driver’s license and hospitality degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Night Audit experience in a 5-Star luxury hotel.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• First Aid certification is a must.
• RSA certification and NSW driving licence required.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Night Manager with the night audit and perform Night Auditor duties.
• Oversee overnight operations and act as senior contact when required.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance for guest needs.
• Supervise night team, maintain standards and policies.
• Report suspicious activity and maintain security during night shifts.
• Handle late check-ins/outs and guest requests with high service levels.
• Deliver services per Opera PMS workflows and hotel procedures.
