Job summary

SkyCity Adelaide is seeking a Guest Service Attendant to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service across all moments of their stay. You will assist with guest baggage and drive/park vehicles as needed, upholding the five brand pillars of Eos: Distinctive, Unexpected, Indulgent, Personalised and Magnetic.

The role requires proven luxury-hotel guest experience, a full driver's licence (including manual vehicles), and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel environment or similar setting.
• Must hold a full driver’s licence and be confident driving a range of vehicles, including manual.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; service‑oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact, warmly welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service.
• Assist guests with baggage and driving/parking vehicles as required.
• Uphold SkyCity’s live extraordinary guest experience across all moments and experiences.
