Crystalbrook Sam in Adelaide is seeking a personable Porter to join our opening team. This part-time role offers 16–24 hours per week, supporting Front Office with warm welcomes, luggage handling and thoughtful guest experiences.

You will drive both manual and automatic vehicles with a valid licence, bring strong interpersonal skills, and a guest‑first mindset. Weekend/public holiday flexibility is required in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license and ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; engaging and approachable.
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Professional presentation, positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Able to stay organized, adaptable and composed in a busy hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Create memorable first impressions, warmly welcoming guests.
• Assist with arrivals/departures, luggage handling and vehicle movements.
• Safely park, retrieve and manoeuvre guest vehicles (manual/automatic).
• Share local knowledge and recommend Adelaide experiences and dining.
• Anticipate guest needs and find thoughtful ways to elevate their stay.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to deliver a polished Crystalbrook experience.
