Sofitel Adelaide is seeking a guest-focused attendant to welcome guests with personalised service and assist with valet parking, luggage handling and room orientation. You will contribute to a memorable stay by representing the brand in the lobby and delivering tailored recommendations.

This role requires staying active on your feet, maintaining professionalism under pressure, and collaborating with the team to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full Driver license is a must; confident driver on both automatic and manual cars (critical as part of duties)
• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to actively work on your feet for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personalised and attentive care to set the tone for exceptional service
• Assist with valet parking and delivering luggage
• Provide a personalised room orientation and local recommendations
