SkyCity Adelaide is seeking a Guest Service Attendant to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service across all moments of their stay. You will assist with guest baggage and drive/park vehicles as needed, upholding the five brand pillars of Eos: Distinctive, Unexpected, Indulgent, Personalised and Magnetic.

The role requires proven luxury-hotel guest experience, a full driver's licence (including manual vehicles), and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel environment or similar setting.
• Must hold a full driver’s licence and be confident driving a range of vehicles, including manual.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; service‑oriented with attention to detail.

About The Opportunity

As a Guest Services Attendant, you will act as the first point of contact with guests, extending a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including assisting with guest baggage and driving/parking vehicles, ensuring that all Eos guests receive exceptional service in all moments and experiences throughout their stay. You will fulfil a 'live extraordinary' guest experience culture and deliver on the heightened expectations of 'a new level of luxury and indulgence' that we have promised our guests. Our Guest Service Attendants will ensure that the five Eos brand pillars are reflected in everything we do - Distinctive, Unexpected, Indulgent, Personalised and Magnetic, and will interact in ways that create guest loyalty and positive word of mouth, not only throughout Australia, but Internationally as well.

About You

With proven experience in delivering exceptional guest experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar environment, you will possess a Full Driver's Licence and be confident in driving a range of different vehicles, including manual vehicles. You will have a positive and welcoming phone demeanour and superior written and verbal communication skills. Your service-orientated mindset and attention to detail will be second to none, and you will enjoy working in fast paced environments and prioritising workloads effectively and efficiently.

About The Process

As our Guest Service Attendants drive a range of vehicles daily, our recruitment process will involve an Interview, Driving Assessment and Functional Assessment, and all applicants must possess a full driver’s licence (not a P1 or P2 licence).
