Job summary

Crown Resorts is hiring Front Office Attendants for Crown Sydney in Sydney to join our luxury hotel team. You’ll be at the heart of guest service, checking in guests, allocating rooms, handling payments and using Opera PMS to maintain guest histories.

We offer an attractive hourly rate, penalties and super, 20–30 hours across 4–5 shifts, and staff benefits including meals, accommodation discounts, and uniform care as part of a supportive, growth‑oriented work culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for elevated guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
• Allocate rooms and escort guests as required.
• Process payments accurately and use Opera PMS for guest data.
• Provide tailored guest experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in reservation processes when required.
