Crown Resorts seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead Crown Sydney’s Front Office team, delivering luxury guest experiences across all shifts on a 24/7 roster. You’ll drive smooth operations, coach staff and act as the first escalation for guest concerns, ensuring memorable interactions and optimal room availability.

The role: Crown Sydney has an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to join our Front Office team as a Front Office Supervisor. We’re keen to speak with established Front Office Supervisors, Reservations Supervisors, or Front Office Team Leaders with demonstrated success in a quality hotel environment and is looking to take the next step into the world of luxury hospitality. You’ll be:

• Leading and supporting the Front Office team to deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences.
• Driving smooth and efficient Front Office operations across all shifts.
• Acting as the first point of escalation for guest concerns, service recovery and operational challenges.
• Creating memorable guest interactions and exceeding expectations through personalised service.
• Monitoring room inventory and availability to maximise guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Conducting daily team briefings and communicating key operational priorities.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing team members in line with Crown's luxury service standards.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
• Collaborating with Sales, Reservations, Housekeeping and Hotel Operations teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager or equivalent leadership role within a hotel environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a desire to build a long-term career in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership capability, with the confidence to motivate, coach and develop a team
• Proven ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication, organisational and decision-making skills
• A proactive and guest-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Experience using Opera or Opera Cloud Property Management Systems (highly regarded)
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, overnights and public holidays
• Permanent and unrestricted Australian working rights
