Crown Resorts seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead Crown Sydney’s Front Office team, delivering luxury guest experiences across all shifts on a 24/7 roster. You’ll drive smooth operations, coach staff and act as the first escalation for guest concerns, ensuring memorable interactions and optimal room availability.

Proven experience leading Front Office teams in a quality hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting the Front Office team to deliver luxury guest experiences.
Drive smooth and efficient Front Office operations across all shifts.
Act as first escalation for guest concerns, service recovery and operational challenges.
Coach and develop team members to Crown's service standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Housekeeping and Hotel Operations.
