Job summary

Crystalbrook Sam in Adelaide is opening and inviting hospitality professionals to join our Food & Beverage Supervisors. You will lead by example on the floor, delivering warm, intuitive guest experiences across breakfast, conferencing or dinner service.

The role focuses on building leadership through hands-on supervision, coaching, and collaboration with culinary and hotel teams to ensure seamless dining moments in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Team Leader or Shift Supervisor or in a demonstrated leadership role.
• Experience within a luxury hotel, premium restaurant or high-end hospitality venue.
• A genuine passion for food, beverage and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confidence in leading a shift, supporting colleagues and making thoughtful decisions during service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with guests and the team.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to guest expectations.
• Ambition to develop skills and pursue a rewarding hospitality career.
• A current SA Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, or ability to obtain one before commencing.
• Flexibility to work across breakfast and/or dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor, inspiring your colleagues to deliver warm, intuitive and memorable guest experiences
• Coordinate daily restaurant operations across breakfast or dinner service, maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards
• Support, coach and motivate team members, building confidence, capability and a strong sense of team
• Anticipate guest needs, personalise interactions and turn everyday moments into exceptional experiences
• Bring ideas, initiative and a fresh perspective to the way we work and engage with our guests
• Work closely with the culinary and broader hotel teams to create seamless and engaging dining experiences
• Take ownership of your shifts, balancing operational efficiency with the personality and attention to detail that define luxury hospitality
