Job summary

Crystalbrook Sam in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead the hotel overnight and support day‑to‑day operations from the opening phase. You will oversee Front Office, coordinate the overnight response, and ensure guest experiences are delivered with calm professionalism.

As a trusted overnight leader, you will set culture, standards and guest experience from day one, while handling night audit, safety procedures and cross‑team coordination with composure and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Manager or senior Front Office professional.
• Strong Front Office and guest service background.
• Ability to complete night audit and work with PMS and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight Front Office and guest service operations.
• Act as senior hotel representative during the night shift.
• Create a warm, professional arrival experience for late‑night guests.
• Respond to guest enquiries and service recovery.
• Guide overnight team members and ensure smooth handovers.
• Complete night audit and end‑of‑day processes accurately.
