Crystalbrook Sam in Adelaide is seeking a Sous Chef to join our opening team, bringing skill, creativity and culinary passion. You will help build a kitchen culture that is energetic, disciplined and collaborative, aligned with our Responsible Luxury ethos.
You will lead, coach and develop chefs, manage food cost and waste, and ensure top-quality dishes that delight guests across our venues.
