Job summary

Alemlube Pty Ltd seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Sydney, Southern NSW and ACT, calling on truck dealerships and OEM distributors. The role requires a mechanical aptitude and a proven 3–5 year sales track record.

You will work autonomously or in a team, developing tailored solutions and expanding our lube, bearings and equipment range to meet customer needs. Strong business acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in related industries such as hose & fittings or similar equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and practical understanding of equipment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to turn barriers into solutions.
• Ability to multi-task and work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales with truck dealerships and OEM distributors across Sydney, Southern NSW and ACT.
• Support other BDMs and distributors in the General Range.
