Job summary

Alemlube Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales across Sydney and Southern NSW/ACT, engaging truck dealerships and OEM distributors, and representing our growing product range.

You will work autonomously or with a team, leveraging your mechanical aptitude and industry knowledge to grow market share, with a full company car, laptop, and ongoing training as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in hose & fittings or similar industries.
• Understanding of lube/greasing system equipment is preferred.
• Practical experience with equipment is advantageous.
• Well-developed business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a diverse workload.
• Capable of working autonomously or in a team environment.
• Detail focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ambitious, adaptable and growth-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Call on truck dealerships, OEM earthmoving and agriculture distributors around Sydney, covering Southern NSW and ACT.
• Maintain a strong brand presence in the marketplace.
• Provide support to General Range BDMs and distributors.
• Develop tailored solutions to customer barriers and opportunities.
