Job summary

The Personnel Connection – Mount Kuring-Gai NSW is seeking a commercially minded Business Growth Manager to accelerate sales of our lubricant products across the Australian market. This hands-on role requires you to understand technical products, identify new applications, and convert customer needs into profitable sales.

You will develop new business, strengthen existing relationships, and help priority markets and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and develop new markets across Australia.
• Strong commercial judgement including pricing, margins and profitable growth.
• Ability to learn technical product ranges and communicate value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new markets, industries and applications for our lubricant products.
• Win new customers through prospecting, visits, presentations, quotations, negotiating and closing orders.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding the product mix and services supplied.
• Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements and map them to suitable products.
• Build lasting relationships with buyers, decision-makers and other key contacts.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with clear priorities and follow-through.
• Contribute market insights to sales planning and commercial decisions.
• As the business grows, help build, mentor and eventually lead the sales and business development team.
