Precision Automotive Equipment in NSW is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales, generate leads, and close deals within our trade network. You will present offerings, build relationships, and represent the company at events.

You need a technical background or former mechanic, and prior BDM experience in a trade-based business. The role requires independent work, target attainment, and travel to customer sites and shows.

• Strong technical background or former mechanic.
• Experience as a Business Development Manager in trade-based business.

Responsibilities

• Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with market intelligence to identify how our solutions meet needs.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales budgets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
• Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
