The role demands resilience and clear communication; it operates from our Eveleigh Control Centre, moving to Sydney Olympic Park in 2027, with a permanent full-time, 24/7 rotating roster. Training leads to a rewarding career saving lives.

Qualifications

• Experience handling emergency calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide lifesaving first aid guidance and support until paramedics arrive.
• Familiarity with multiple software systems while under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record and progress emergency calls to 000 in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Provide lifesaving first aid advice and ensure callers receive necessary information and support.
• Work from the Eveleigh Control Centre, relocating to Sydney Olympic Park in 2027; permanent full-time, 24/7 rotating roster.
