The position is based at Eveleigh with relocation to Sydney Olympic Park in 2027 and offers a permanent full-time contract on a 24/7 roster. Training is provided, with a pathway to shift-based responsibilities and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Candidates with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and empathy when assisting callers.
• Tech savvy enough to operate multiple systems under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage emergency calls to Triple Zero (000) in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide lifesaving advice and gather essential information for responders.
• Remain calm, record details accurately, and guide callers until paramedics arrive.
