Lotus People is partnering with a rapidly growing life insurance and financial services business in Sydney. We seek an experienced Life Insurance Administration Manager to lead a team across Australia and offshore, ensuring workflows meet service standards and escalations are managed.

You will mentor staff, optimize processes, adopt new systems, and drive continuous improvements while staying hands-on with complex cases.

Formación

Experience in life insurance administration, new business case management, or adviser support.
Proven experience leading, coaching or supervising teams.

Responsabilidades

Lead, coach and develop a team of onshore and offshore life insurance administrators.
Oversee daily workflows, prioritise tasks and allocate workloads to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor team performance against SLAs, productivity targets and quality standards.
Manage outstanding requirements, suspense items, backlogs and complex or escalated cases.
Remain hands-on with life insurance administration, supporting the team where required.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Ensure effective communication and handovers between onshore and offshore teams.
Work with senior leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Support the adoption of new systems, technology and automation initiatives.
