About the role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll coach, mentor and support a team responsible for insurance enquiries, claims and member outcomes. You'll be the go-to person for guidance, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring the team delivers a consistently high standard of service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

About You

You’ll bring a strong understanding of insurance within superannuation or financial services, along with a genuine passion for leadership and developing others.
