Qualifications

• Significant general insurance experience.
• Senior Program Manager / Program Lead with complex transformation delivery.
• Understanding of insurance products, policy and underwriting environments.
• Experience operating across both business and technology.
• Experience in global or multi-region transformation programs.
• Strong executive stakeholder and vendor/delivery partner management.
• Excellent communication with senior executives.
• Underwriting transformation experience is valued but not essential.
• Guidewire or modernization related experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent AUSPAC within a major global insurance transformation.
• Shape the regional strategy, roadmap and delivery approach.
• Collaborate with senior underwriting, business, operations and technology stakeholders.
• Navigate global and regional priorities and dependencies.
• Establish governance, risk management and executive reporting.
• Partner with delivery partners and help shape the delivery team.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through technology, data and process improvements.
• Support modernization of underwriting processes and capabilities.
