Job summary

Optus is seeking an experienced Training Compliance Manager to lead learning governance and ensure regulatory obligations are met across the organisation. This role partners with Risk, Legal and business teams to drive governance, track training completion and reporting, and maintain audit readiness.

You will leverage LMS expertise and digital learning tools to translate complex compliance requirements into practical learning solutions and governance processes, supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in learning governance, compliance training, risk management or learning operations.
• Understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance and audits.
• Experience managing mandatory learning programs and compliance reporting.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical learning solutions and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance, oversight and continuous improvement of compliance and mandatory learning programs.
• Develop and maintain learning governance frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
• Ensure compliance learning obligations are effectively managed, monitored and reported across the business.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders to assess training requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor learning completion, effectiveness and audit readiness through data, reporting and assurance activities.
• Establish robust governance processes for learning content reviews, approvals and regulatory updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance learning compliance outcomes and employee capability.
