Qualifications

• Significant experience in learning governance, compliance training, risk management or learning operations within a large and complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements and audit processes.
• Experience managing mandatory learning programs and compliance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical learning solutions and governance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage leaders across multiple functions.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience working with learning management systems, reporting tools and workforce compliance data.
• Desirable, previous experience using digital learning technologies, authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline & RISE).

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance, oversight and continuous improvement of compliance and mandatory learning programs.
• Develop and maintain learning governance frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
• Ensure compliance learning obligations are effectively managed, monitored and reported across the business.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders to assess training requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor learning completion, effectiveness and audit readiness through data, reporting and assurance activities.
• Establish robust governance processes for learning content reviews, approvals and regulatory updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance learning compliance outcomes and employee capability.
