You will partner with People & Culture, Risk, Legal and Compliance to drive audit-ready training, develop policies, and translate complex regulations into practical learning solutions.

• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and audit processes.

• Experience with mandatory learning programs and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance, oversight and continuous improvement of compliance training programs.
• Develop learning governance frameworks, policies and controls.
• Ensure compliance training obligations are monitored and reported.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance and business teams to assess training needs.
• Monitor completion, effectiveness and audit readiness through data and reporting.
• Establish governance for content reviews, approvals and regulatory updates.
• Drive initiatives to improve learning compliance outcomes and capability.
