Optus is seeking an experienced Training Compliance Manager to lead enterprise learning governance and ensure mandatory training obligations are met. You will drive consistent standards, governance, and reporting across the organisation, partnering with Risk, Legal, Compliance and business teams to assess training needs and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in learning governance, compliance training, risk management or learning operations within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory requirements and audit processes.
• Experience managing mandatory learning programs and compliance reporting.
• Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical learning solutions and governance processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the governance, oversight and continuous improvement of compliance and mandatory learning programs.
• Develop and maintain learning governance frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
• Ensure compliance learning obligations are effectively managed, monitored and reported across the business.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders to assess training requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor learning completion, effectiveness and audit readiness through data, reporting and assurance activities.
• Establish robust governance processes for learning content reviews, approvals and regulatory updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance learning compliance outcomes and employee capability.
