Alliance Airlines is seeking an experienced L2 IT Support professional in Brisbane to manage escalations, troubleshoot complex incidents, and mentor junior team members. You will work across Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud platforms, ensuring reliable operations and proactive customer communication.

Preferred candidates hold IT qualifications with certifications in Fortinet/Meraki/Azure/Intune or readiness to pursue them.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, service desk or help desk (L2 level).
• Diploma/degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Certifications in Fortinet, Meraki, Azure, Microsoft 365 or willingness to pursue them.

Responsabilités

• Provide L2 support for hardware, software, network, cloud and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimise customer downtime.
• Take ownership of escalations and engage L3 engineers when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service with proactive updates.
