Job summary

Newcastle Anglican is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our Organisational Development team. You will design engaging eLearning and manage our LMS, coordinating learning programs across aged care, disability, community services and education.

You will bring at least three years in L&D, strong Articulate 360 skills and a proven ability to work with stakeholders to deliver practical learning solutions that support organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning and Development or Organisational Development.
• Experience administering an LMS, including reporting and course management.
• Strong eLearning design and development skills with Articulate 360.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience coordinating and evaluating learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain engaging eLearning using Articulate 360.
• Administer and optimise the LMS, including course management and reporting.
• Partner with managers and subject matter experts to identify learning needs.
• Coordinate delivery of digital, blended and face-to-face learning programs.
• Develop training reports, analyse data and identify improvements.
• Evaluate learning content and delivery and drive continuous improvement.
• Support student placement coordination with education providers.
