TheirCare Pty is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to support delivery of the L&D strategy and strengthen capability across the organisation. Based at our Melbourne HQ in Hawthorn with a hybrid work model, you will lead day-to-day L&D activities and coach the team.

You will work with Area Managers and Operations to identify training needs, develop engaging materials, oversee Ignite LMS, and ensure programs meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC leadership or operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of NQF/NQS, Child Safe Standards and relevant frameworks.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing others.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, learning design and effective training delivery.

Responsabilités

• Support the L&D Manager in implementing L&D and People strategies.
• Provide day-to-day leadership of the L&D team, workload planning and coaching.
• Develop engaging learning materials and programs (eLearning, presentations, videos, workshops).
• Identify training needs with Area/Operations Managers and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Lead L&D projects and assist with induction, leadership development and CPD pathways.
• Oversee delivery, resources and Ignite LMS ensuring compliant, accessible content.
