Job summary

Newcastle Anglican is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our Organisational Development team. This role combines eLearning design, LMS administration and learning program coordination to build workforce capability across aged care, disability, community services and education.

You will design and develop engaging eLearning using Articulate 360, administer the LMS including reporting, and collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to deliver digital, blended

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Learning and Development or Organisational Development.
• Experience administering an LMS with reporting and course management.
• Strong eLearning design skills, preferably Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline).
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain engaging eLearning using Articulate 360 or equivalent tools.
• Administer and optimise the LMS including course management and reporting.
• Partner with managers and SMEs to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
• Coordinate and support delivery of digital, blended and face-to-face learning programs.
