Newcastle Anglican is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development Advisor to shape and implement the organisation’s learning strategy. You will work with managers to design innovative solutions that boost employee performance, engagement, and retention while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

You will coach leaders, coordinate programs, and report on learning metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and organisational growth across multiple entities within Newcastle Anglican.

Formación

• Proven ability to design, develop and evaluate learning initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Experience in using best-practice L&D methods to support strategy.
• Ability to create engaging online and in-person learning content.
• Strong track record in coaching leaders and facilitating development.
• Knowledge of learning analytics and reporting to measure impact.
• Experience with IT systems for learning and development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive operational learning design and development advice.
• Coordinate initiatives and projects within the L&D framework.
• Implement innovative learning design approaches to boost engagement.
• Coach and influence leaders across the organisation.
• Capture metrics and report trends to inform solutions.
• Identify gaps and contribute to process improvements.
• Oversee L&D IT systems and online learning offerings aligned with strategy.
