Job summary

NSW Rural Fire Service seeking a Senior Advisor Learning Design to develop compliant learning resources for trainers and assessors across NSW. You will map units of competency to engaging content and assessments, producing manuals and mapping documents with advanced Word skills.

You will create interactive eLearning using Articulate Storyline and Rise, applying adult learning principles and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver timely, high-quality resources aligned with safety

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning resources within an RTO or similar environment.
• Ability to interpret units of competency and map to content and assessment tasks.
• Advanced Word skills to produce manuals, workbooks and mapping documents.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and adapting content for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning resources to a compliant standard for trainers and assessors.
• Interpret units of competency and map requirements to learning content and assessments.
• Create manuals, workbooks, assessment instruments and mapping documents.
• Use Articulate Storyline and Rise to produce interactive learning for workplace application.
• Apply adult learning principles and tailor content for diverse learners.
• Collaborate with SMEs to confirm requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Deliver quality resources on time to meet organisational and compliance needs.
