Job summary

Community Resources is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Partner to establish and lead a consistent L&D function across the organisation. You will work with site leaders and the Enterprise Services Team to embed practical, accessible learning and ensure consistent capability development.

In this role you will design an organisation-wide L&D framework, define LMS requirements, translate operational needs into digital modules and guide leadership development, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Experience establishing, coordinating or improving L&D systems and frameworks.
• Ability to translate operational, safety and workforce needs into practical learning solutions.
• Experience leading learning and development initiatives across multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish an organisation-wide L&D framework and governance.
• Lead the LMS implementation including requirements, evaluation and adoption.
• Translate needs into digital modules, guides, assessments and on-the-job learning.
• Develop leadership capability for managers and team leads.
• Monitor learning data, report on completion and address capability gaps.
