Job summary

Professional Search Group is seeking a Level 1 Service Desk Officer in Perth's eastern suburbs to join a dynamic IT team. You will provide frontline end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and document requests, helping clients stay productive daily.

Ideal candidates have a customer focus, experience in similar roles, and knowledge of Office 365 and Windows AD. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to grow into more senior roles.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused IT support professional with an ability to assist end-users.
• Prior experience in a Level 1 service desk role or similar.
• Solid knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange and Azure AD.
• Basic Windows AD, Users and Computers, and Group Policy familiarity.
• Proven ICT troubleshooting skills at an introductory level.
• Clear communication and professional phone manners.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet SLAs.
• Desire to learn and progress into more senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related queries and issues.
• Document and track support requests in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement solutions.
• Assist with Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange and Azure AD tasks.
