Qualifikationen

• 12+ months experience in an MSP supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Networking and Cloud technologies.
• Previous MSP environment experience; queue management is a bonus.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and optimising servers, networks and IT infrastructure; strong virtualization knowledge.

Skills & Experience

• 12+ months experience working in an MSP supporting the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows 1011, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Networking and Cloud technologies.
• Previous experience working in an MSP environment
• Queue Management experience a bonus
• Experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimising severs, networks and other critical IT infrastructure
• Good understanding of virtualisation technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast paced environment
