Job summary

Northfleet is seeking an experienced Service Desk Officer based in Osborne Park, Perth, WA to join a hands-on ICT team. You will be the front line for ICT support across five depots, resolving issues, auditing tickets, and helping implement AI-powered improvements.

The role requires several years in helpdesk or service desk roles, strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, and willingness to participate in an on-call roster.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a helpdesk, service desk or desktop support role, with minimal supervision.
• Proven hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Entra ID and Intune daily use.
• Solid Windows 11 and endpoint troubleshooting skills.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support across hardware, software, network and mobility issues for all depot users.
• Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID and Intune.
• Manage endpoint build, deployment, patching and lifecycle across devices.
• Identify recurring issues and drive fixes, automation or training.
