Job summary

Unisc seeks a Service Desk / Desktop Support Analyst (L1-L2) in Adelaide CBD on a 6-month contract. You will provide frontline IT support in a Microsoft-centric environment, handling incidents and service requests with ServiceNow and collaborating with a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, plus an active Australian Baseline Security Clearance and the ability to work onsite in Adelaide.

Qualifications

• L1/L2 desktop support experience in IT helpdesk.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Exposure to Azure and ServiceNow.
• Active Australian Baseline Security Clearance.
• Ability to work onsite in Adelaide CBD.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and service desk support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and user access issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Assist with Azure and identity-related support activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Escalate complex issues where appropriate and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
