Job summary

Kasman Holdings Pty Ltd in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer. You will support both sides of the accounting function, process invoices and payments, reconcile supplier and customer accounts, and assist in cash flow forecasting and month-end reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years' AP/AR experience, tertiary accounting qualification, and proficiency in Excel and ERP software such as Xero or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or finance.
• 1–2 years' accounts payable and receivable experience, preferably in the property sector.
• CPA/CA qualification in progress is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of Accounts Payable: supplier transactions, invoices, payments, reconciliations.
• End-to-end processing of Accounts Receivable: invoicing, cash receipts, aging, and reporting.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting, budgets, and month-end/year-end activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and privacy requirements.
