Job summary

Harvest Road Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced AP/AR Support Officer to join our Finance team in Perth’s CBD. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role will focus on supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable through timely, accurate administrative tasks and supplier payments.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a similar role, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and a high level of accountability.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in a similar AP/AR or finance support role.
Proficient with Excel and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Accurate and timely processing of high-volume supplier invoices daily.
Daily reconciliation of bank statements.
Processing of daily invoicing to customers.
Coordinate work priorities to achieve service levels and standards.
Communicate with stakeholders across group entities to resolve queries.
Perform standard AP/AR tasks including cash collection, payment runs, data entry, month-end reconciliations and master-file maintenance.
Maintain security and confidentiality of accounts information.
Ad hoc tasks as required.
