Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer for a small commercial organisation on a 9 months temporary contract in Melbourne. You will join a close-knit finance team, entering invoices, processing payments and maintaining supplier data with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 3+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and experience with Pronto ERP. You will report to the AP Team Leader and have the flexibility to work from home or the office as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts payable
• Experience with Pronto ERP and/or similar financial systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into the system
• Process invoices and payments on a timely basis
• Review AP entries for accuracy
• Set up new suppliers in the system
• Reconcile creditor accounts for discrepancies
• Manage direct debits for utilities
• Perform other accounts administration duties as required
